Let us know by filling out the contactform. Receipt of your complaint is confirmed by us via email. You can expect a response within one working day and we strive to resolve your complaint within 5 working days.
We will do everything to make the complaint satisfactorily solved. In case you are not satisfied with the solution offered by us, you can also contact Webshop Trustmark where we are affiliated with.
From 15 February 2016, EU consumers will also be able to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the platform of the European Union.
