Use:

STEP 1: Gently scrub your body skin, paying extra attention to elbows, knees and heels (tip: coffee grounds are a good option not to waste waste).

STEP 2: Apply the self-tanner evenly with smooth, circular movements (we recommend the use of a tanning glove).

STEP 3: Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
