Can I return or exchange a product?
You can return of exchange a product if you respond within 30 days after purchase to our Customer Service. If desired you can also use this form, but an email is also fine. If you want to exchange you can order the right product yourself.
A return is possible, but we have a few rules for this:
- Opened and/or used products cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons.
- Products must be undamaged and complete and in their original, clean and undamaged packaging.
- Any discounts granted, free gifts and/or shipping costs not paid for will be settled automatically.
- Products in the category 'Clearance' / with discount 50% purchased in the period 23 to 31 December 2020 cannot be returned.
- The shipping costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
I received the wrong product
If a product must be exchanged by a mistake from us, for example, if the wrong product was sent, or by a defect in a product, the shipping (+ return) costs are on our behalf. Always take a clear picture immediately and include it in your email to our Customer Service.
When will I get my money back?
De Groene Drogist reimburse all payments from you, the customer, including any delivery charges brought by us charged for the as described above returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which you report the withdrawal. Unless we offer to pick up the product itself, we may withhold refund until we have received the product or until you prove that you have returned the product, whichever is the earlier. De Groene Drogist uses the same currency and paymentmethod that you used to refund unless you agree to a different method. The refund to you free of charge.
