You can return a product if you respond within 30 days after purchase to our customer service. Please always inform our Customer Service

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you may return the product if you respond within 30 days after purchase to our customer service. You can then choose to buy the right product or products in our shop. Always inform our Customer Service

When will I get my money back?
I received the wrong product
De Groene Drogist reimburse all payments from you, the customer, including any delivery charges brought by us charged for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which you report the withdrawal. Unless we offer to pick up the product itself, we may withhold refund until we have received the product or until you prove that you have returned the product, whichever is the earlier. De Groene Drogist uses the same currency and paymentmethod that you used to refund unless you agree to a different method. The refund to you free of charge.
If a product must be exchanged by a mistake from us, for example, if the wrong product was sent, or by a defect in a product, the shipping (+ return) costs are on our behalf. I have a question about return or exchange
