Can I convert my 'Guest-account' to a 'Client-account'?
Click on 'Forgot password' and you will receive an email with a password reset link in it. It allows you to set a password and, in this case, create a password that you can use to login. Your 'guest account' is automatically converted to a "client account". Previously placed orders are then also linked to this 'customer account.'
What is the best-before date of the products?
We buy weekly or monthly new stock. The expiry date is therefore generally far enough in the future. We stand for high quality and are no outlet where products are dumped because of the expire date. Because not every product has the same sell-speed, we check 3 times a year the stock and if necessary we remove products from our stock.
Why can not I order a particular product?
We supply all products of our own stock. So we can guarantee that your order will be shipped quickly and completely. You can order a product maximum number of units that we have currently in stock. In most cases, the stock is replenished within 1 to 2 days. If you have used the mail button below the product page we will know if the article is there again.
What should I do if my order is incorrect?
We strive to seamlessly pack all orders and send. If your order is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service. We strive to respond to always within one business day.
Can I pick up the products?
No, all products are shipped exclusively through a central warehouse. There is no direct sales as possible or permitted.
Are the products tested on animals?
No, the products we sell are not tested on animals.
