MÁDARA Balancing Toner is a deep penetrating toner. Brings oily and dry areas of the facial skin in balance. Pulls pores together and regulates the pH of the skin. MÁDARA Balancing Toner causes the skin better absorbs the active ingredients in a moisturizing cream.

Use: morning and evening to cleansed skin of face and neck. Drop a small amount of MÁDARA Balancing Toner on a cotton pad. Spread with light rubbing action on cleansed face and neck. Preferably then applying the appropriate MÁDARA Creme.
